A consultation is the perfect place to start if you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure about where to begin with your baby’s sleep.

By booking a consultation with me, it will allow you time to chat through your baby’s sleep. It can be difficult to make changes when feeling defeated and sleep deprived. Together, we will come up with a plan of action, to enable you to make the changes needed.

I am here to listen to your worries, reassure you, and most importantly, get you the sleep you so desperately need.

The Snooze Nurse Consultation

How it works

  • An initial consultation begins with a 60-minute chat to discuss the personal challenges you’re facing with your baby’s sleep. We will discuss your baby’s sleep needs and what you need for your baby, yourself and your family.

  • At the end of the first conversation, after fully understanding the difficulties you are experiencing, together we can put together a plan of action that works for you and your baby.

  • Once we have discussed your families needs, I will provide bespoke advice on how we will support your baby to take the sleep they need, and move towards better sleep for the whole family. You will also receive an age-appropriate sleep plan. This sleep plan will have all of the information you need to support your baby to sleep well, which you can come back to time and time again.

  • Every child is different and no one size fits all. This sometimes means that you’d like support for longer, meaning you can troubleshoot as you go and feel confident in moving forward, continuing to make improvements to your baby’s sleep.

    I can provide WhatsApp support to help you achieve your sleep goals, for different lengths of time, depending on what you require.

  • Through improved knowledge, fully understanding your baby’s sleep needs and how to enable them to take the sleep they need, you will in turn grow in confidence and feel able to handle any future blips in sleep.

  • Together we will be able to lovingly encourage your baby to take the sleep you both desperately need and want. The bespoke advice given to suit your baby’s needs and help them to learn the beautiful skill of self settling, alongside our life changing sleep plans, give you the best chance of quickly getting your baby’s sleep where you both need it to be.

  • When you’re struggling with your baby’s sleep it can impact the whole family. Disturbed nights can leave everyone feeling exhausted, leading to increased tantrums all round. By working on your baby’s sleep, this will in turn mean the whole family can benefit from the positive effects of getting the sleep they need.

  • I can give specialised advice on how you can get your baby sleeping in their cot. Whether it’s transitioning to cot sleeping or simply improving naps in a cot, there are many ways that you can lovingly support this change.

  • Never underestimate how important it is to make time for yourself, parenting is tough and you still have needs and wants outside of that. By improving your baby’s sleep you will instantly regain part of your life, and have more time to focus on things that enable you to thrive, helping maintain your mental well-being and general health.

  • Reliable naps and bedtimes mean you will have time to reconnect with your partner or spend quality time with other children. Which when you are sleep deprived you just haven’t got the patience or energy for, leaving you all a bit fed up.

30-Minute Troubleshooting Call

Troubleshoot calls are beneficial if you have previously had a consultation or have used one of our plans and need a little extra guidance. For example, if you haven’t quite been able to crack sleep and need to ask a few questions, or if you did manage to get amazing sleep but this has since regressed.

A troubleshooting call is also suitable if you haven’t previously worked with me, however need to make some small tweaks to sleep and would benefit from a 30minute chat and some bespoke advice. A troubleshooting call would be suitable for:
- Early wakes
-Bedtime battles
-Nap transitions
-Transitioning to a bed
-Tweaks to daytime schedule

1-Hour Consultation + Email Follow up

A consultation will be best suited to you if you feel you need to discuss your baby’s sleep 1:1 and be given bespoke advice on your individual sleep concerns. This bespoke advice is something that you can then implement going forward, alongside and age appropriate sleep plan.
